Real Madrid and Porto may not only be crossing paths over the deals for Danilo, Casemiro and Iker Casillas this summer. According to A Bola, Julen Lopetegui’s team are interested in signing Fernando Llorente, who could leave Juventus with Mario Mandzukic having moved to partner Álvaro Morata in attack at the Turin club.

The Portuguese newspaper says Porto are at an advantage in signing the former Athletic Club man because they have Alex Sandro. Juve coach Massimiliano Allegri is looking at the Brazilian left-back and Llorente could be used as part of the deal.

This summer there have been rumours that Rafa Benítez will look to sign the striker. Llorente has been on Madrid’s radar for some time but a move has never materialised and Madrid have also denied any moves for the Spain international.

For now, Madrid have only signed Danilo and Marco Asensio and brought Denis Cheryshev, Lucas Vázquez and Casemiro back to the club.
