Leicester skipper Wes Morgan makes his first Premier League appearance since New Year's Day against Stoke on Saturday after suffering no ill-effects on his return from injury.

Manager Claude Puel also said striker Shinji Okazaki will resume full training next week after three weeks on the sidelines with a knee injury.

Stoke, who are 19th in the league and without a victory since they overcame Huddersfield Town in Paul Lambert's first game in charge last month, are aiming to turn endeavour into points.

Lambert confirmed Peter Crouch (ankle) and Stephen Ireland (calf) will remain on the sidelines, although Dutch defender Bruno Martins Indi returns to the squad having recovered from a leg injury.

Leicester XI: Schmeichel, Simpson, Maguire, Morgan, Chilwell, Ndidi, James, Mahrez, Albrighton, Gray, Vardy.

Subs: Jakupovic, Dragovic, Fuchs, Iborra, Silva, Diabate, Iheanacho.

Stoke XI: Butland, Bauer, Martins Indi, Zouma, Stafyldis, Cameron, Badou, Allen, Shaqiri, Choupo-Moting, Diouf.

Subs: Grant, Pieters, Johnson, Jese, Adam, Ramadan, Campbell.

The match will be live on Sky Sports and UK subscribers can watch the live stream through the SkyGo and Now TV apps.

But you can, of course, follow all the action as it happens right here with Mirror Football.

Overall Possession Ratio

Possession

Diouf latches on to a ball over the top of the Leicester defence, but as he controls and shoots, the flag is raised for offside.

The Foxes enjoy a period of pressure in the Stoke half, but once again they cannot make their territory pay, failing to test Butland.

Leicester win a corner down the right, but the Stoke defence holds firm under pressure from Mahrez's cross from the flank. The Algerian has space as a clearance comes his way on the edge of the box, but he scuffs a first-time strike straight at Butland.

Diouf slides in from behind on Mahrez and catches him late on the ankle. He goes into the book.

Shaqiri and Albrighton collide down the flank once again. This time the Stoke man is the guility party. Their clash will be something to monitor throughout the match.

Both sides are searching for quality in the final third. Neither has come close to forcing a clear-cut opportunity as of yet.

Chilwell bursts forwards and looks for a low cross into the box, but Cameron is able to steer it behind for a corner.

Leicester make a mess of the corner as they opt for a short one. Mahrez plays a hospital pass to Albrighton, which sees him lose out to Shaqiri. He's forced to bring down the winger on the slide to stop him breaking away, resulting in the yellow card.

Albrighton fakes the cross with his right foot on the left flank and for the cross with his left. James is well placed in the middle, but Zouma rises to cut out the cross.

SAVE! Leicester lose possession in their own half and Ndiaye creates space to shoot from the edge of the box, but Schmeichel gets down to make the stop.

Stoke are beginning to respond to the pressure from the home side to get a foothold in the match.

Albrighton lifts the resulting free-kick into the box, but it sails over the heads over everyone in the box and out for a goal-kick.

Allen gives away a free-kick in his own for a lunge on Gray, which also sees him land in the book.

Bauer floats the ball towards the back post, although Chilwell is able to box out Cameron to allow it to travel out for a goal-kick.

Diouf is pulled back by Simpson and it hands the visitors the opportunity to send a delivery forward into the box. Shaqiri stands over the ball with Bauer.

Mahrez cuts in from the right flank to bend a low cross to the back post, but Butland can watch the ball trickle past and out for a goal-kick. It has been a bright start from the home side.

Mahrez looks for the first time ball over the top, but for once Vardy cannot take his pass in stride to bear down on goal.

OVER! James latches on to a clearance on the edge of the box and he tries to guide his effort into the top corner, only sending his strike narrowly over the bar.

Leicester press down the right flank and win three corners on the bounce as Mahrez sends threatening deliveries into the box.
