Hello and welcome to football.london's live Arsenal blog on Saturday, December 11.

The Gunners will be hoping to bounce back today from successive defeats as they take on Southampton at the Emirates Stadium.

Mikel Arteta's men endured a difficult evening at Goodison Park on Monday night, falling to an injury-time Demarai Gray winner after a lacklustre display from the away side.

The Spaniard has a number of selection headaches to worry about ahead of the must-win fixture, with the likes of Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang and Emile Smith Rowe both doubtful.

Off the pitch, the north London outfit continue to be linked with a number of players across Europe as the January transfer window is now just three weeks away.

With all that in mind, sit back, relax and stay tuned as football.london bring you all the latest news you need to know about Arsenal throughout the day.
