The Ankeny Centennial graduate, now a sophomore at Minnesota, has been named the Big Ten Conference player of the year for the second consecutive season.
Lindaman has hit 19 home runs, driven in 46 runs and scored 46 more, and is batting .368.
She's joined on the all-Big Ten first-team by college teammate Amber Fiser, a sophomore pitcher from Benton of Van Horne.
Iowa also earned postseason honors from the conference.
Pitcher Allison Doocy, a sophomore from Ankeny High School, and outfielder Allie Wood, a senior, were named second-team all-Big Ten selections.
Iowa's Cheyenne Pratt, a senior outfielder, received a sportsmanship award.
Lindaman hit a state-best 71 home runs in five seasons at Centennial.
The catcher is the eighth player to win back-to-back player of the year honors in the Big Ten.
Statistically, Lindaman is tied for the league lead in home runs, first in walks (50), and is second in slugging percentage (.850). She's hitting .512 in conference play.
Last season, she established a Golden Gophers record by hitting 20 homers and was named as a first-team all-American.
Iowa's Doocy (13-14) has struck out 186 batters in 183.2 innings pitched with an ERA of 1.83.
Wood has hit .306 this season with five homers and 21 RBI.
The Hawkeyes start Big Ten Tournament play against Ohio State at 7 p.m. Thursday in Madison, Wisconsin. Second-seeded Minnesota starts at 11 a.m. Friday against Wisconsin or Purdue.
