Portland Trail Blazers guard Anfernee Simons has been ruled out for Saturday’s home game against the New Orleans Pelicans with a left ankle sprain.
Simons injured his ankle during the third quarter of Friday night’s 128-122 overtime loss to the Detroit Pistons. At the time, Simons had 29 points and the Blazers led 92-69.
