The New York Knicks ruled OG Anunoby out for Sunday's Game 4 against the Indiana Pacers with a left hamstring strain that also kept him out of Game 3.

Anunoby is with the team in Indianapolis and has received treatment on the hamstring two to three times a day, but sources told ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski that there has not been enough progress yet to think he will make his return for Game 5 on Tuesday.

Anunoby suffered the injury late in the third quarter of the Knicks' Game 2 victory over the Indiana Pacers, when he was planting his leg in an effort to convert a transition layup.

Meanwhile, Pacers guard Tyrese Haliburton will play in Game 4, according to coach Rick Carlisle. Haliburton had been listed as questionable due to injuries to his ankle and back.

Knicks star Jalen Brunson, who had been dealing with a foot injury, was not listed on the injury report.

Anunoby has been an enormous difference-maker for the Knicks since being traded to the club from Toronto in late December and had a playoff career-high 28 points at the time of his injury.

The Knicks lead the first-round series over the Pacers 2-1.
