UPDATE: Blazers forward Jerami Grant is now questionable to play Friday due to an illness, the team announced.
Portland Trail Blazers guards Scoot Henderson and Anfernee Simons are both questionable to play in Friday’s road matchup versus the Houston Rockets, the team announced on social media.
After missing the last three games due to an illness, Simons is listed as questionable to play Friday because of a right hand sprain.

Henderson sustained a left quad contusion Wednesday during Portland’s 109-99 loss to the Oklahoma City Thunder. The injury caused Henderson to exit the game in the third quarter.
Blazers wing Matisse Thybulle remains out of the lineup, but his injury designation has also changed. Thybulle had been listed out on recent injury reports because of right knee injury management. For Friday’s injury report, Thybulle is out with a right ankle sprain.
Portland center Deandre Ayton remains doubtful to play due to a right index finger injury. He has missed the previous four games.
Additionally, Blazers guard Bryce McGowens won’t play for the Blazers Friday because he’s on assignment with the Rip City Remix in the G League.
