Borussia Dortmund vs. Bayern Munich: Lineups are out! Mathys Tel gets surprise start! Konrad Laimer in at right-back!

It’s 1st vs. 5th in the league, who ya got?

It’s 1st vs. 5th in the league, who ya got?

Lineups are out! — The lineup is close to our predicted starting XIs but Mathys Tel is handed a rare start on the wing while Konrad Laimer trots out at right-back.

Serge Gnabry has knee problems and will sit this one out, while Dortmund fielded this team:

Bayern Munich travel to the magnificent Westfalenstadion / Signal Iduna Park to face Borussia Dortmund in this edition of Der Klassiker. The Bavarians are not exactly heavy favorites this time around, but Vincent Kompany and co are in red-hot form and will look to extend their current unbeaten streak in all competitions. Dortmund won’t be making it easy for the Reds, as the team in Yellow is unbeaten in 11 straight home games.

Die Schwarzgelben sits fifth in the league with a 6-1-4 record (19 points) while the Rekordmeister maintains a six-point lead on the summit of the Bundesliga with a 9-2-0 record for 29 points, 10 ahead of their adversary today.

It’s Bayern time.
