Update: Portland Trail Blazers head coach Chauncey Billups said Donovan Clingan is available on a minutes restriction tonight, while Deandre Ayton and Robert Williams III are out. The Blazers announced that Duop Reath is available to play. The team also said Williams is out tonight due to “return to competition reconditioning.”
Billups said Jabari Walker will start at center tonight.
