LONDON, Ky. (WHAS11) -- A former basketball player for the University of Kentucky ended up back in jail last night.
Richie Farmer was arrested around 6:30pm Thursday evening for DUI, according to WKYT.
In 2016, Farmer was convicted of misusing government funds during his tenure as Agriculture Commissioner.

He was released from the Laurel County Jail in London, KY on his own recognizance at 9:01pm, according to jail officials.
A court date has not been set at this time.
