Following the departures of Andrea Pirlo and Carlos Tévez, and Arturo Vidal’s potential move to Bayern Munich, Juventus will be looking to regroup for the forthcoming campaign, particulary to bolster their strike force. According to La Gazzetta dello Sport, one highly sought-after target would be Madrid’s midfield maestro Isco Alarcón.
It’s not the first time the ‘Old Lady’ has made enquiries for the man from Málaga, although the Italian club also has other potential suitors in its sights, for instance Bayern’s Mario Goëtze and Chelsea’s Brazilian playmaker Oscar. Despite the arrival of former Real Madrid midfielder Sami Khedira, the young striker Paulo Dybala and ex-Atlético frontman Mario Mandzukic, as well as the Italy international Simone Zaza, Juve coach Allegri is looking to add more names in order to build on last year’s success.
