Neymar is constantly fouled by his rivals and nothing happens , complained the legal head of the Brazilian Football Federation.

The CBF (Brazilian Football Federation) have descried Neymar’s four match sanction as "exaggerated".

"This is not a normal decision. Neymar is constantly fouled on the pitch and his aggressors get off scot-free", complained Carlos Eugenio Lopes, legal director of the Brazilian Federation.

Neymar was suspended for four games by Conmebol, after receiving a red card at the end of Wednesday’s Brazil versus Colombia game which saw Dunga’s team lose 1-0.

Neymar was sanctioned one game for an accumulation of yellow cards and with another three for this straight red card. He picked up his first yellow after the ball touched his arm just before half-time. His red was for kicking the ball at Armero as the game ended and then for his fracas with Murillo and Bacca, which also saw the Sevilla forward being shown a straight red too. He then apparently insulted the match official in the tunnel as both teams made their way to the dressing room.

The CBF (Brazilian Football Federation) are set to appeal against this harsh sanction and will hope that with a sanction reduction their key player may get to play in the final should Dunga’s side make it through.
