Pedro Rodríguez spoke to the media after Spain’s victory in the Borisov Arena, which sees the national team edge closer to Euro 2016 qualification.
An important win: "It was important to win here and we’ve managed to achieve this by playing a good game. I’d say we played very well in the first half and maybe lost out intensity in the second period and they grew. I’m happy, however with the overall performance we put in tonight".
Good physical level: "It’s difficult at this stage of the season as there are plenty of players with tired legs after a long hard season. Despite this, we’re happy with how we played".
Personal performance: "I was happy to get a run out despite not playing as much as I would have liked during the season. I was pleased with how I performed".
