Erik ten Hag will get another chance to look at his Manchester United side ahead of the season opener when they clash with Melbourne Victory in a friendly down under.
The Red Devils got their pre-season campaign off to a flying start with a convincing 4-0 victory over rivals Liverpool in Thailand earlier this week. Tyrell Malacia remains the only summer signing for Ten Hag thus far and performed well on his debut in Bangkok.
And while Ten Hag is still without Cristiano Ronaldo, he does welcome back skipper Harry Maguire for this fixture at the Melbourne Cricket Ground. The hosts will also have a familiar face in their squad as ex-United winger Nani could be involved after completing a transfer to the Australian outfit earlier this month.
The starting line-up for the clash has already been announced: Heaton: Shaw, Maguire, Lindelof, Dalot; Fred, Mctominay, Fernandes; Elanga, Sancho, Martial.

Goodbye!
That's unfortunately all we've got time for today. Thank you for joining us for this afternoon's match.
Make sure your return on Tuesday morning though as Man Utd do battle with fellow Premier League side Aston Villa.
Winners and losers from Melbourne
With 21 players in all taking to the pitch for United this afternoon, it would be fair to say that there will have been mixed fortunes all over the park.
Take a look at who we think were the winners and losers from the clash right here.
Talking points as United earn victory
Well, that was another good run-out for the Red Devils as they continue what has so far been a perfect pre-season.
There are still plenty of things for Erik ten Hag to work through though.
Take a look at five things we noticed from the Melbourne Cricket Ground right here.
Full-time whistle sounds
And there goes the final whilste at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Goals from Scott McTominay, Marcus Rashford, Anthony Martial and an own-goal see the Red Devils make it two wins from two in pre-season.
GOAL MAN UTD!
And there is the fourth and it's not a nice moment for Melbourne defender Edmond Lupancu.
Tahith Chong faces up his defender on the right flank before pulling the ball into the centre of the penalty area. Lupancu sticks out a boot but only serves to put through his own net in the process.
Rashford fizzes effort wide
Just before Nani comes onto the pitch, Rashford goes very close to extended the Red Devils' lead even further.
He sets his sights from distance, with his powerful low effort going just wide of the post.
Nani set to be introduced
And here is a nice moment coming up for Luis Nani.
The Portuguese winger comes onto the pitch for his debut for Melbourne Victory, whilst also making an emotional outing against his former side.
GOAL MAN UTD!
That's game, set and match as Rashford gets his name on the scoresheet.
In what is almost a carbon copy of the move against Liverpool, Bailly steps out of defence and shrugs off a few challenges. He then plays a wonderful ball through to the striker who rolls his strike into the net.
Bailly error goes unpunished
That was almost a horrendous moment from Eric Bailly.
His horrendous pass in the centre of the park is picked off by Melbourne who then break two on two. The Ivorian defender recovers well though to force the attack wide with the move then breaking down, ending in a Red Devils' free-kick.
Maguire's performance analysed
Whilst United's second team are currently trying their best to extend the lead in Melbourne, the first are afforded a rest.
One of those players taken off at the break was captain Harry Maguire, who was making hist first appearance under Erik ten Hag.
Take a look at a few things we noticed from the England man's outing including an early blunder right here.
Van de Beek flagged offside
Donny van de Beek has the chance to extend the lead as he latches onto a lofted ball but fires his effort into the side-netting.
The offside flag then goes up as Melbourne Victory elect to make their first few substitutions.
Amad chooses the wrong option
And just like that, it should probably be 3-1.
A loose ball finds its way to Amad Diallo with the Ivorian stuck in two minds whether to shoot or attempt to find Rashford. In the end, he does neither as he floats a bal harmlessly into the goalkeeper's arms.
United dominating the ball
The Red Devils are enjoying large swaths of possesion now and just moving Melbourne over the pitch.
Chances are at a premium in this second-half so far.
Iqbal tries his luck from range
Since his introduction, Rashford has been stationed on the left and that almost paid dividends then.
The academy graduate raced into the box and pulled the ball back to Donny van de Beek. It was slightly behind the Dutchman, with Iqbal following up on the edge of the area but the youngster's effort is blocked.
Further introductions
We're just about catching up with all of the substitutions here. Tahith Chong, Ethan Laird and Eric Bailly are the final three names to be added to the teamsheet.
A lot of the United squad getting a run-out today.
Early chance for Melbourne
Just like in the first-half, the Australian side have an early chance to find the back of the net.
Ikonomidis finds space in the box but his effort lacks power and is easily blocked. The recently-introduced Charlie Savage then coolly carries the ball away.
Teams back out
The teams are re-emerging onto the pitch with a number of changes having been made.
Marcus Rashford, Donny van de Beek, Amad Diallo, Zidane Iqbal,Tyrell Malacia and Alex Telles are among a lengthy list of players now on the pitch.
And we're back underway at the Melbourne Cricket Ground.
Find all of the latest transfer news
Whilst we wait for the second-half to get underway you might be wondering where the Red Devils' are regarding transfers.
Christian Eriksen, Lisandro Martinez and more continue to be linked with a sswitch to Old Trafford this summer.

Right-side hugely effective
Throughout that first-half, it was clear to see that United were targeting the right-hand side in an attempt to find a route to goal.
Diogo Dalot has been very effective in a partnership with Jadon Sancho.
It hasn't been a perfect performance by any means from the Red Devils but it is a very good sign to see the pair dovetailing so well.
Half-time whistle blows
And there goes the half-time whistle at the Melbourne Cricket Ground with United leading at the break.
Melbourne Victory found themselves ahead within the first five minutes but two quickfire strikes from Scott McTominay and Anthony Martial have them level.
What are your thoughts on that first half?
GOAL MAN UTD!
It's a quickfire turnaround in Melbourne as Martial nets again for the Red Devils.
Dalot once again has plenty of room on the right to toss the ball into Elanga. The winger fails to get enough of a contact but the ball falls fortunately to Martial.
He remains cool to slot the ball low into the net.
GOAL MAN UTD!
And there's the equaliser from United and after he saw a few efforts blocked, McTominay has found the back of the net.
The Scot sees his initial pass cut out but does well to win the ball back. He sets his sights from range with the shot taking a huge deflection and looping into the Victory net!
Fair to say his celebrations were muted.
Martial tries his luck
This time, United elect to go down the left side through Anthony Elanga.
The young winger crosses towards Martial at the back post but the ball is slightly behind the FRenchman and his strained effort drifts towards the goalkeeper.
Free-kick United on the left side
And this is another good opportunity for United as Elanga wins a free-kick from Melbourne legend Broxham.
Fernandes takes and lifts the ball into the box with the home side clearing. The ball falls to Fred on the edge of the area and he takes a touch before attempting a left-footed drive that flies over the bar.
That's a couple of times now that the Brazilian has tried his luck from range.
Another chance goes begging
That cut-back from the right-flank appears to be the most likely route to goal for United.
Dalot once again picks out Sancho, with the winger letting fly with a powerful effort from just inside the box. His shot goes behind for a corner with Harry Maguire then lefting his resulting header just over the crossbar.
Match snap
As Fred's effort goes high and wide - the Brazilian slipping as he lined up the shot - let's take a look at what separates the sides so far.
Ikonomidis's opener in the fifth minute sees the Australian side ahead in Melbourne, although United have recovered well since.
Melbourne just about survive
United are really threatening down the right-hand side now with Dalot and Sancho in particular causing a lot of problems.
The Portuguse defender has just had two crosses just about scrambled away by Melbourne.
An equaliser is surely on its way soon.
Sancho wasteful
And there's that combination bearing fruit for United once more.
Sancho displays wonderful feet to bamboozle his marker before playing the ball central to Fernandes. The winger continues his run into the box and is located by a wonderful lofted ball from the Portuguese.
He is forced slightly wide though and his first-time volley is horribly wayward.
Fernandes denied an equaliser
That really should be 1-1!
Sancho is afforded plenty of room in the heat of midfield and plays the perfect through-ball for Fernandes who is faced with Melbourne Victory stopper Paul Izzo.
The Australian gets a low paw to the United man's effort to deny him an equaliser.
Wonderful reception for Luis Nani
Former Red Devils' hero Luis Nani has just flashed up on the big screen at the Melbourne Cricket Ground and received a great reception from both sets of fans.
Great to see.
