Swedish club Malmo FF is in the Champions League group stage for the first time in six years, but things haven't gone as planned. It ranks last in its group, has already been eliminated from contention and its -12 goal differential is the worst among the 32 clubs in the group stage. But it will hope to go out on a winning note -- or even a drawing note -- when it faces Juventus on Wednesday in its final 2021-22 UEFA Champions League match. You can stream the match live on Paramount+.

Juventus vs. Malmo will kick off at 12:45 p.m. ET from Allianz Stadium in Turin, Italy. The home team, Juventus, is the -590 favorite (risk $590 to win $100) on the 90-minute money line in the latest Malmo vs. Juventus odds from Caesars Sportsbook. Malmo is the +1700 underdog while a draw is priced at +625. The over-under for total goals is 2.5. Wednesday's match will be streamed live on Paramount+ with their must-have Premium plan.

UEFA Champions League picks for Malmo vs. Juventus

Before you tune in to Wednesday's match, you need to see the Juventus vs. Malmo picks from SportsLine's proprietary European soccer model. Created by two Norwegians -- professional poker player and sports bettor Jonas Gjelstad, and economics and engineering expert Marius Norheim -- the model analyzes worldwide betting data and exploits market inefficiencies, helping its followers cash in. Since coming to SportsLine last year, the algorithm is up over $8,500.

For Juventus vs. Malmo, the model is backing Juventus to win at -590 odds. That's just what happened when these two teams met in September as the Italian side breezed to a 3-0 victory. The game wasn't even as close as the final score indicated as all three goals came in the first half, and then Juventus essentially stopped pressing forward in the second half.

Juventus dominated the statistics with 60 percent of possession and by successfully completing 150 more passes than Malmo even attempted. Malmo had almost no goal scoring opportunities as only one of its nine shots was even on target. On the other hand, Juventus had 7-of-15 (47 percent) of its shots on target.

While Juventus is likely to trot out a different lineup on Wednesday than it did in that September game, the philosophy of the team will remain. That philosophy has enabled Juventus to have the best defense in Serie A as no team has allowed fewer goals in the league. Juventus' second-string side is still strong enough to find the back of the net versus a Malmo squad that's allowing an average of 2.6 goals per UCL group stage game. Thus, the model has Juventus posting a clean sheet victory and having little trouble on Wednesday.
