ST. LOUIS — The seventh-ranked Nebraska women's gymnastics team advanced to the Super Six at nationals on Friday afternoon.
The Huskers will compete for a national championship Saturday at 6 p.m. It's Nebraska's first Super Six appearance since 2014 and the 14th in program history.
Nebraska finished third in Friday's qualifier as the Huskers had 197.0125 points. Third-ranked UCLA led the way at 197.5625, while No. 2 LSU was next at 197.4750. NU placed in front of Georgia, Alabama and Arkansas.
