Borussia Dortmund midfielder Julian Weigl is wanted in England this summer.
Weigl has been linked with PSG, where it is tipped he will join former BVB coach Thomas Tuchel when he takes charge of the Parisians.
However, Tuttosport says the Germany international is also wanted in England.
Manchester United and Manchester City are both in contact with Weigl's representatives about a summer move to the Premier League.
United and City have scouted Weigl regularly this season and are ready to table offers. Both Manchester giants have announced publicly they're in the market for new midfield additions this summer.
