AUSTIN, Texas — Austin-Travis County EMS responded to the scene of a multiple-vehicle accident on Bee Caves Road in West Austin Wednesday afternoon.
The incident occurred just before 5 p.m. at FM 2244 Road/S Weston Lane with reports of 4-6 vehicles involved and two patients pinned.

Medics transported a woman in her 20s and a woman in her 40s to St David's South Austin with potentially serious injuries. Four additional patients refused transport.
