Powell (illness) will be available to play Thursday versus the Raiders.
Powell popped up with an illness Wednesday and was deemed questionable to play Week 14. However, it appears he overcame this ailment in time for Thursday Night Football. With top wideouts Cooper Kupp (foot) and Allen Robinson (ankle) both on injured reserve, Powell should slot into a reserve role alongside Tutu Atwell and Lance McCutcheon (shoulder), the latter of whom has also been ruled active to play.
