PICK: I’m going to stick with Rice here. The Owls are coming off a nice performance against Houston Baptist, shooting 50 percent from the field and 15-of-31 (48.4 percent) from 3-point range. Rice collected 20 team assists there but were also out-rebounded 43-31.
As for Incarnate Word, they posted one of their best outings of the year against Grambling State in their last game. The Cardinals have hit 72 or more points in two of their last three and can score fairly well in comparable matchups this year. Still, if Rice is on point they should be able to bag a cover in this one.
