Syracuse’s Quadir Copeland named ACC Player of the Week after career game vs. Pittsburgh

Syracuse, N.Y. ― Syracuse forward Quadir Copeland has been named the ACC’s Player of the Week for the week.

Copeland, a 6-foot-6 sophomore, scored a career-high 22 points to lead the Orange to an 81-73 victory over Pittsburgh on Saturday at the JMA Wireless Dome. Copeland shot 4-for-8 from the field, including a 1-for-2 day from the 3-point arc. He also made 13 of his 15 free throw attempts.
