CHARLOTTE – DeMonte Capehart traveled with Clemson to Charlotte for the No. 17 Tigers matchup against No. 8 SMU in the ACC Championship Game tonight.
Capehart has jogged out for pregame and is stretching so it looks like he will play again tonight. How much is hard to say.
After missing three games, Capehart returned to action in last week’s loss to the rival Gamecocks, although it was in a limited capacity. The veteran defensive tackle played just seven snaps in the defeat.
Before the injury, Capehart had appeared in every game and was a central piece on the interior of the Tigers’ defensive line.
